|
View and Folder Management
|
Specify what happens when you delete a calendar document.
Specify how long deleted messages remain in the Trash view before they are removed permanently.
Click Select to choose a folder to use for the "Move and Close" action. To remove a folder so that there is not a designated folder, click Clear.
Enable Allow others to recall mail sent to you if you want IBM(R) Lotus(R) iNotesTM or Lotus Notes(R) mail users to be able to recall their messages.
|
When you work offline and send a mail message, your message appears in the Sent view even when you have not yet connected to your mail server to send and receive new mail.
The option to recall mail is valid only for mail using the mail application template Mail8 (mail8.ntf) or later on a Domino 8x or later server.
If you create a "Move and Close" action, then the folder is an option on the Folder menu (Move to Foldername Folder, for example).
