If something goes wrong during your IBM(R) Lotus(R) iNotesTM session, you can capture the error information and provide it to your administrator. Information that displays in the support consoles can help developers investigate the problem. There are two ways to view error information:
Status bar notification - If an error message displays in the status bar, you can view the console for information.
Other types of errors - press Ctrl and then click the IBM Lotus iNotes logo to open the support console.
