



Create a Group List
You can create a group mailing list to send messages to a group of people. Then, to address the message (or meeting invitation or to do assignment), enter the group name in an address field.
- Click the contacts icon on the switcher to open your contacts.
- Click the arrow next to New, and then click Group.
- (Optional) Select Confidential to keep the entry private. (People who manage your contacts for you will not be able to see this entry.)
- Enter a group name.
- (Optional) Enter a description of the group.
- Click Members to add names from your contacts list or a server's directory.
- Click Save & Close or click Save to save the contact entry, but keep it open for further changes.
