Create a Notebook Page


Use notebook pages store private documents that you don't want to share with others, such as journal entries, meeting notes, or as a place to store draft documents.

To open your notebook, click the notebook icon on the switcher:

Steps
Create a notebook page
  1. Click New.
  2. Complete any of the fields, including adding formatting and attachments as desired.
  3. Click Save & Close or Save to save the document but keep it open for further changes.
Edit a notebook page
  1. Double-click a document to select open it.
  2. Click the edit icon. Edit icon
  3. Make any changes and then click Save & Close or Save to save the document but keep it open for further changes.
Delete a notebook page
Click the notebook page you want to delete, then click the delete icon. delete icon
Synchronize your IBM(R) Lotus(R) Notes(R) notebook with your Lotus iNotesTM notebook.
From Lotus Notes, click Actions > Lotus iNotes > Synchronize Notebook.
