Go Offline or Online
Click Online, and then click Go Offline. Now you are ready to work with IBM(R) Lotus(R) iNotesTM offline. To go online, click Go Online.
Notes about working offline
- You cannot change spelling dictionaries when you are working offline.
- After working offline, you need to refresh your browser when returning online to see the newly added, changed, or deleted folder.
- If you want to look up mail addresses while working offline, include the server's IBM Lotus Domino(R) Directory or directory catalog when you go offline (if enabled by your Administrator).
- When you open an offline subscription from the Lotus Domino Sync Manager on a Windows client that is disconnected from the network, you may get a message from the browser that no connection to the Internet is currently available. The message includes the options Work Offline or Try Again. Click Try Again to access your offline data.
- When you click Go Offline, you must wait until you have authenticated offline before continuing to work in Lotus iNotes.
