Insert Links to Web Pages in a Message
You can create a link to a Web page in your message. When a reader clicks the link, the linked Web page opens in a separate browser window.
- Place your cursor where you want the link to appear in your message.
- Click the insert link
button.
- Enter the URL or Web address (for example: www.lotus.com) of the page you want displayed when the link is clicked.
- Under Title of link enter the text you want the reader to click to display the page to which you're linking. For example, to provide a link to information on ordering a product, you could enter "Order Information" as the title. The words "Order Information" would be blue and underlined in the message.
- Click Insert when you are done.
Tip You can also type an address, such as www.lotus.com into the body of your message, or copy a URL and paste it into your message.
