Keyboard Shortcuts

The following tables show keyboard shortcuts that can be used in full and lite mode for the supported versions of Microsoft^(R) Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox and Safari. These shortcuts differ in behavior depending on the browser version and, in the case of Firefox, on the platform used. There may be exceptions on the browser you are using other than those listed here.

List Views

Arrow down	Scroll to the next row below the top-most visible row	Mozilla Firefox on Linux -- when displaying lists one page at a time, you must locate the cursor in the current view list.
Page up	Scroll the list to the top-most row in the view (same as Home)	Mozilla Firefox on Linux -- when displaying lists one page at a time, you must locate the cursor in the current view list.
Page down	Scroll the list the bottom-most row in the view (same as End)	Mozilla Firefox on Linux -- when displaying lists one page at a time, you must locate the cursor in the current view list.
Home	Scroll the list to the top-most row in the view	Mozilla Firefox on Linux -- when displaying lists one page at a time, you must locate the cursor in the current view list.
End	Scroll the list to the bottom-most row in the view	Mozilla Firefox on Linux -- when displaying lists one page at a time, you must locate the cursor in the current view list.
Insert	Create a new document for the view	Mozilla Firefox on Linux -- when displaying lists one page at a time, you must locate the cursor in the current view list.
Delete	Delete selected documents from the view	Mozilla Firefox on Linux -- when displaying lists one page at a time, you must locate the cursor in the current view list.
Enter	Read or edit selected documents from the view	Mozilla Firefox on Linux -- In calendar views, pressing Enter works only in the Summarize view to open calendar entries. It does not open to do entries.
Any letter (A-Z)	Jump to a record that begins with this letter or letters. First, sort mail by "Who" then jump to the desired record. Sort contacts by name, company, or e-mail, and then type a letter to jump to that record.	None

Calendar Views

These exceptions are specific to browsers used on Macintosh OS X:
