Manage Mail Rules

The mail rules you create display in the Tools > Rules view in your mail file. This folder displays the existing rules, and shows the condition and action for each rule. From the Rules view, you can add new rules, and edit or delete existing ones. Any rules that you create in IBM^(R) Lotus^(R) Notes^(R) also display in Lotus iNotes^TM.

1. In the navigation pane, click Tools > Rules. The status icons show whether the mail rule is enabled:

	The mail rule is on (enabled)
	The mail rule is off (disabled)

2. Do one:
• Add a rule -- point to New and then click Mail Rule.
• Delete a rule -- Select the rule you want to delete, then click the delete icon .
