Send a Tracking Request


You can track messages that you have sent. When you create a tracking request, a tracer message with the subject "Message Tracking" is delivered to your Sent view. This message contains a link to your tracking request. The tracking result is posted as a response to the tracer message in your Inbox.

  1. Open the Mail > Sent view and select a message.
  2. Click More > Send Tracking Request.
  3. Select any recipient of the message that you want to track.
  4. Select Delivery status only or Trace entire path, and then click OK.

Note To track a message, message tracking must be enabled on all of the servers that the message must pass through.
