Sidebar

The sidebar provides constant access to your day-at-a-glance calendar, instant messaging contacts, and Help.

When you log in to IBM^(R) Lotus^(R) iNotes^TM, the sidebar is closed. To open it, click Show > Sidebar. To choose which panels display in the sidebar, click Show > Sidebar Panels, and then click the applications you want to display. Use the sidebar menu to change the sidebar display.

Tip To open help in its own tab, click the sidebar Help menu, and then select Open in new tab.
