Using the voice player/recorder

Included with IBM(R) Lotus(R) Domino(TM) Unified Communications (DUC), is a voice player/recorder that you use to play and record voice messages. The player/recorder provides buttons that perform typical actions, such as play, record, pause, and stop. In addition, you can use the Recording and Playback buttons to select which device -- the telephone or computer -- to use to play or record voice messages. If you choose to use the telephone to play or record a message, you can choose which telephone number to use. The telephone number field stores up to four numbers.
