Customize the Home Page

You can customize the Home Page to show any combination of your mail Inbox, today's schedule, your recent to do tasks, a favorite Web page, or quick links.

  1. On the Home Page, click Edit Layout.
  2. Select a page layout.
  3. Select the panel contents for each window (for all layouts other than the default view).
  4. (optional) Enter a title for the window in the Title field.
  5. If applicable, complete any of the optional information as shown in the table below.

    Description
    Mail Inbox
    Specify which messages to display
    Schedule
    Specify the number of days of your schedule to display
    Web Page
    Select a Web page to display or select Other and enter a URL

    Note Do not use a Resource Reservation application as one of your Welcome Page windows.
    Quick Links
    Make several URL links available on your Home Page by entering a name and Web address for each link.

Note Your administrator may have set Home Page options for you. If you cannot customize your Home Page, see your administrator.
