Status Indicators in Your Inbox


Your Inbox displays icons to show you the status of messages you have received, including meeting invitations and group to do assignments. For example, icons show messages you responded to or forwarded, the status of meeting invitations, high priority messages, and more. You can see who is online and available to chat with, and you can see which messages you have marked for follow up.

exclamation mark indicates high priority.
High priority
paperclip indicates attachment
Message includes an attachment
pencil and memo indicates draft mail
Message saved as draft (in Draft view only)
yellow envelope indicates sent mail
Message that was sent (in Sent view only)

To Do Meeting
Status
meeting invitation icon, appears a small calendar
Invitation to a meeting or to do assignment
yellow x shows in chair inbox when meeting is declined
Meeting invitation sent by you was declined
calendar item with x shows you declined a meeting
You have declined this meeting invitation or to do item
grey checkmark
Invitee has accepted, or tentatively accepted your meeting invitation (in chair's Inbox)
Yellow check mark
To do assignment you have accepted
green checkmark on box
To do assignment completed

red flag for urgent priority

Note If you also use IBM(R) Lotus(R) Notes(R), you may see Lotus Notes status icons in your Lotus iNotesTM Inbox. For example, you may see this icon when you receive additional information regarding a meeting blue circle with letter i in it for information.
